Been Brewing for over 5 years now. I have gone through all sorts of systems over the years but now I'm a huge advocated for BIAB (Brew in a Bag) I have a standard BIAB propane system but also have an electric BIAB (eBIAB) system called the Brew Boss and brew in the basement. I do all sorts of beers. One of my goals have been to brew every category in the BJCP guidelines. I'm almost there just have a few more lagers to knockout. I like to experiment with different things. I do clean beers, sours, and barrel age beers. I compete a lot having won over 50 medals at this point.
