I'll be brewing this Thursday evening. If anyone is interested in coming and hanging out. Plan on doing a 15 gallon batch. Anyone have a mash tun I can borrow? Don't think mine will allow that much grain at one time. Might have to get creative here.

Well, I successfully brewed 16 gallons of brown ale last night. Largest batch I've brewed (on homebrew scale) to date. Won't be called Bham Brown though, didn't have some of the ingredients so I had to substitute grain and hops. I hit all the numbers I needed to last night and was bed at a decent time.
