All whirlpool and dry hop with galaxy and cascade. No bittering hops added. Anyone done this? I'll put the recipe on when I get home, not able to do it on my phone.

Maybe try First Wort Hopping? I would think you would need some bittering to offset the sweet wort. Be pretty hard to get that at the end of the boil.
