Thought I would start a new build thread on the new brewery. I sold my keggles and I'm now building a new brewery using 20 gallon kettles from SS Brewtech. I settled on the SS Brewtech kettles because they are slightly larger than the competitors. Holding a capacity of 22.7 gallons. Perfect for 10 gallon batches and even able to do 15 (half barrel) gallon batch size.  Here is a picture after I added the 5500 watt element. I'll add more pictures as I build it up. |

Got a little more done to the kettles last night. Added some ball valves and did a water test on the HLT.  |

I've got some compression fitting bulkheads. Basically I'll drill some 13/16 holes and attache the bulkheads. I'll try to get some photo's.

Yeah, a lot has happened over the last few days. I'll get some pictures up soon but I'm almost ready to brew again. Have to wire up the HLT and I'll be ready for a water test. |
