Just wanted to welcome everyone. This is David and look forward to everyone's input.
DP Brewing Company started back in 2008. I had tried one small Mr. Beer kit back around 2002 and had horrible results. Every beer in the six pack tasted different. So I tabled the hobby for some time. Looking back I'm sure it was bacteria from not cleaning properly. I had been stopping at a Homebrew shop several times toying with the idea of trying it again. So in Jan of 2008 I purchased a 5 gallon kit and started my new hobby. I've kept a log of every beer I've made since then. Might be a couple that missed being wrote down, but I did a pretty good job of keeping track. On Jan 5th 2013 I made my first batch of All Grain beer. MUCH better beer this way in my opinion! I haven't looked back since going that direction.
If there was two things I would recommend to new people, it is plan on upgrading to all grain brewing and keg your beer...
