This Friday I will be brewing at 75th Street Brewery. I'm very excited about this opportunity. I won a contest last summer at this brewery and my prize was I get to brew my beer with their equipment. I didn't think it was ever going to happen. After a few phone calls last week the new brewer and me got a date/time lined up. Unfortunately this brewery is closing in about 1-1/2 months  . At least I still get the chance to make my beer for the Public!!! lol Beer was called Summer Saison. Very easy drinking light colored beer. |

Looks like we're brewing Hazelnut Brown instead this Friday. Wasn't able to source the correct yeast for the Saison. Still one of my recipes, so I'm happy! Should be ready in about two weeks!!!
