I moved my Pale Warrior Ale over to kegs last night. Only got about 4-1/2 gallons in each keg. I'll have to make more wort next time. One of the kegs I dry hopped and one I didn't. I'll be interested in seeing the difference once carbonated.

Brewed up my Belgian Waffle Strong Ale yesterday. The main (free) software I always use is currently down, so I had to use a backup program. Needless to say, I had some issues with my expected to actual starting gravity. I still ended up with 1.082 SG. I had hope to get 1.086. It was bubbling like crazy this morning! Lets see how far it ferments out.

Did my first pressurized transfer from the new fermenter to the corny kegs. Worked great!

Started a cider yesterday and dumped the trub from my brown ale. Now to collect some much needed yeast.

Busy past weekend. Moved a 10 gallons of porter into kegs and 7 gallons of barrel aged beer into kegs, brewed up 10 gallons of a new pale ale.
