I've got a extra sankey keg I would be willing to sell. I've fermented 10 gallons in there several times. Worked great for what I needed it to. I just don't use it anymore.

I was at Lowe's today at lunch, I noticed they now carry a 5 gallon and 3 gallon food grade buckets. You could do 3 gallon batches in the 5 gallon bucket. Just a thought.
